Appointments & Confirmations
All appointments are only officially confirmed once they have been approved by MK Hairstylist Lounge. For selected luxury services, a booking deposit may be requested. This deposit will be fully deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment. Please note that slots are not secured until any required deposit has been successfully received. For mobile services, travel fees are calculated based on your specific location and will be clearly confirmed with you before your booking is finalized. Additionally, final extension prices may vary slightly depending on factors such as hair color, the number of strands required, and your desired length and volume.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows represent a loss of dedicated time and may result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. To cancel or change your appointment, please reach out via email, phone, or through the booking system using the contact details provided throughout our site. Timely communication helps me offer that space to another client on the waiting list.
Changes or Cancellations by MK Hairstylist Lounge
In the rare event that MK Hairstylist Lounge needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered a priority rescheduling for a new appointment or an appropriate refund of any payment or deposit already made.
